The Blue Boot Rodeo is an annual Fishing Rodeo. This is a family-oriented event that features both inshore and offshore divisions along with plenty of family activities over three days! Our goal is very simple… To raise money to help drive awareness to the dangers of Childhood Drowning and implement programs to help save lives!

You’re invited to join us for Howey’s Annual Water Safety Festival! On May 17, 2025 from 10am – 2pm, we will be hosting a FREE FAMILY EVENT at the Sugar Land Town Center to help promote year-round water safety and drowning prevention. There will be 30 vendors on site with lots to do!

Preventable through the Safer 3 message: Safer Water, Safer Kids, Safer Response.

ALL of the proceeds from this festival will be donated directly to Stop Drowning Now, a drowning prevention non-profit dedicated to saving lives across the US! 100% of raffle ticket sales will be donated to SDN.
